Shipping Info
Worldwide shipping is available to most countries, with some exceptions. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed, the order will be shipped in 2 days from one of our fulfillment centres located around the world. All shipments come with an online tracking number once the product has been processed and shipped which can take 3-4 business days.
Free shipping applies to orders totaling $50 or more. US only.
All order cancellations and changes must be communicated to hello@phnx.shop within 12 hours, in order to process the request.
