A shipment tracking number will be generated and sent to your email once the courier picks up the package for delivery. After an order is placed, it could take up to 2-4 days for the tracking information to arrive in your email inbox. The tracking information can take 2-4 business days after an order is placed. Please make sure to check your spam box if you haven’t received a tracking number within that time frame.

All order cancellations and changes must be communicated to hello@phnx.shop within 12 hours, in order to process the request.

If anything happens to your PHNX thin case, we’ll ship you one (1) replacement under our 2-year warranty policy. This includes any damages, cracks, case warping, stretching, and so on.
