Had ordered a 6a case for the new phone I had coming in, and realized the Pixel 7 was on sale and would actually be cheaper.
Decided to go with the 7, so I contacted support and asked if I could initiate a refund for the 6a case (which was shipped, but yet to arrive).
The customer service rep responded nearly immediately (on a Sunday night!) and told me they'd be able to swap the case out for me no problem, and provided a new tracking number.
Whole experience took maybe 10 minutes. 10/10 experience.
